How To Cook Zucchini Noodles With Mushrooms

I love to start each and every recipe by preparing the ingredients I need for it. In this case it’s pretty simple. I’ve got everything you need shown in the photos bellow.

  • Prepare Zucchini noodles.
  • Use a mandolin to make the zucchini noodles.
  • Shred a carrot, use same mandolin.
  • Fry onion and mushrooms.
  • Chopped onion, garlic and cut mushrooms into pieces.
  • Fry them on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Use vegetable oil.
  • Add carrot and fry for 2 minutes.
  • In the end add zucchini noodles, sprouts, sesame oil and then salt and pepper to test.
  • Fry them an additional 1-2 minutes.

Tips

  • Larger zucchini are easier to use and will yield more noodles. For serving sizes, plan on one medium zucchini per person.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 1 medium carrot

  • 1 onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 200 g mushrooms

  • 100 g sprouts

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • salt, pepper to test

Directions

  • Use a mandolin to make the zucchini noodles.

  • Chop onion, garlic and cut mushrooms into pieces.
