How To Cook Walnut Condensed Milk Tart

  • Preparing a pastry crust. To make this pie, start by making a pastry crust. 
  • Beat butter and sugar add the egg and combine everything together. Then add flour, salt and quickly make a dough.
  • The crust needs to rest refrigerated. Wrap in plastic and chill for 20-30 min.
  • Prepare nuts. Chop walnuts in a food processor.
  • Preparing baking pan. Use a little butter grease tart pan and set a side.
  • Prepare pastry crust.
  • Sprinkle a work surface generously with floor. Use a rolling pin to roll a pastry dough in 2-3 mm thick.
  • Gently roll the rolled dough onto a rolling pin and transfer to a baking tart.
  • Line the tart pan and trim any rough edges.
  • Transfer filling to pastry crust .
  • Place walnuts on a pastry crust and pour over condensed milk.
  • Bake. Preheat oven for 350 F. Bake walnut tart for 30-35 min.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool before slicing.

Tips

  • If you chill dough more than 1 hour, remove it from refrigerator and let rest for 15 min before rolling out.
