How To Cook Healthy Calamari Salad
Start with preparing all ingredients.

- Prepare calamari
- If you use frozen squid, thaw them before use.
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
- When the water has come to boil, add the squid and cook for about 45 seconds. Immediately drain the squid in a colander and transfer to the bowl of ice and cold water to stop the cooking. When squid is cooled, drain in the colander again and pat dry.
- Prepare dressing for calamari
- In a food processor place sesame seeds, pine nuts, vinegar, olive oil, water, feta cheese, mustard, salt and make a dressing.

- Place calamari in a bowl than poor the dressing into squid and mix it well.

- Make calamari salad
- Cut lettuce leaves, onion, tomato and bring to the bowl add olive oil, salt and mix it well.

- Transfer the salad on a serving plate and place calamari with dressing on a center of the salad.
