This is perfect refreshing dessert for hot summer days. It is loaded with strawberries, blueberries which is always a good thing! It’s also super easy to make.

How To Cook Creamy Summer Berries Dessert

  • Start with preparing all ingredients.
  • Prepare fruits and jello.
  • Cut strawberry and banana into medium pieces, leave a side.
  • Pour 100 ml cold water in to gelatin, stir well and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Take a bowl that fits about 1 litre and cover it with plastic.
  • Make dessert.
  • Sour cream mix with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Jello put in microwave for 30 second, than pour into sour cream.
  • Cover the bottom of the bowl with fruit.
  • Pour half of the sour cream over the fruit, then layer fruits and sour cream on top.
  • Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  • If you want to make this dessert easier, just mix fruits with sour cream and pour into bowl.

  • 100 g blueberries

  • 2 bananas

  • cake cream:

  • 600 g sour cream (yogurt)

  • 100 g powdered sugar

  • 25 g gelatin(+100 ml water)
