How To Cook Best Holiday Fruit Cake

Start with preparing all ingredients.

  • Take a saucepan and place there sugar, orange juice, zest, butter, alcohol, cacao powder, dry fruits and all spices. Bring to the low hit and cook for 10 min and stir from time to time. Leave a side for cool down.
  • Transfer fruit mass to the big bowl and add eggs, flour, baking powder then mix it well.
  • Preheat the oven to 320F, prepare a loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Transfer fruit dough to the loaf pan. Bake in the oven for 1 hour until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
