How To Cook Bacon Potato Roses

I love to start each and every recipe by preparing the ingredients I need for it. In this case it’s pretty simple. I’ve got everything you need shown in the photos bellow.

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.

Peel potatoes. Using a mandolin or knife thinly slice the potatoes.

Add salt, paper and Italian seasoning to the sliced potatoes, mix it well.

Lay out pieces of bacon on a cutting board. Line the bacon with the sliced potatoes and sprinkle them with little grated cheese.

Gently roll up the bacon, creating a potato rose.

Place potato roses in a muffin tin.

Bake for 40-50 min until potatoes are ready.

Tips

  • Whichever method to slice the potatoes you use, make sure the slices are no more than 3-3 mm, or they will be difficult to roll up.
