How To Cook Apple Pie Cake Roll

Start with preparing all ingredients.

  • Prepare Apple filling
  • Preheat the oven to 350F 
  • Take the apple, peel off and shred them, leave it aside.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and put pieces of butter on it.
  • Take the shredded apple and spread over the butter, sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Make the batter
  • In a bowl, make sure to mix all the ingredients well with a whisk.
  • Mix eggs with condensed milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract. Then add dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and corn starch.
  • Bake the apple cake roll
  • Take baking sheet from the oven and pour the batter over apple filling.
  • Decorate apple roll as shown below. (Optional)
  • The apple filling and decoration goes to bake at the same time.
  • Bake the biscuit for 15-20 minutes until lightly brown.
  • Take the biscuit out of the oven, turn it over on parchment paper and roll it. Use parchment paper to wrap the roll. Do this step while biscuit is warm.
  • Let the apple roll cool down with parchment paper.

  • Filling:

  • 5-6 apples

  • 50 g butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 apple for decoration
